Intuu in Goettingen

The food was extremely good and tasty, the service nice and courteous.

One of the best restaurants in the area, definitely upscale. The fillet of beef is a culinary revelation and must be recommended. Breakfast is also recommendable, poached egg with smoked salmon, brioche and hollandaise sauce is fantastic. In addition, the service is very friendly :-)

The Intuu is THE highlight of the Göttingen restaurant landscape. All-round success, excellent service, pleasant ambience, good location and, above all, really fantastic food. The combination of Japanese cuisine and South American elements is superb, a real treat for the palate. All of this has its price, but it is fully justified, hence an unreserved recommendation.

Yesterday evening we had the pleasure of eating in the Intuu again - the second time it was an all-round successful experience. The food is a creative potpourri from Japan, South America and a few Spanish accents, wine and gin menus only make the driver of our family look sad and the ambience and service are a pleasure. Thank you very much!

Delicious food, friendly service and cool bartenders

Promising - but some management effort needed here. Things need to be fixed - such a mixed experience and what a pity in these promising settings! The food: The main course was just about perfect. The desserts probably good too, if they had been timely served. The wine: The open wine was good value. The service: After an initial fine start, with help getting seated, the service detoriated quickly after the main course, to the point of being be pretty much absent. We had to ask three different waiters for the desserts menu, which finally arrived - in the form of a QR-code card. OK, corona... When we finally had the chance to order, another long wait went by. The desserts had been ready for a while, but just not able to make it to our table - evident by my wife's lemon tart meringue toppings gone soft. We really liked the hotel, the ambiance, and most of the staff were great. But the restaurant staffing needs to be upped, in quantity as well as quality. Quite often, the staff went clueless around with food and drinks, not knowing which table actually placed the order. Stressful or disorganized? I actually think they tried their best. But some management and guidance could do wonders to the experience. The hip-and-relaxed ambiance at the hotel doesn't mean that you can do without professional/well-educated staff. We will probably give the hotel another go, but would have second-thoughts about the restaurant.

I would like to award the sixth star, the food is just a dream! You should not miss this address when visiting Göttingen!

Exceptional japanese-peruvian food. Attentive service. Not too expensive based on the quality served. Drinks are decent. Atmosphere exclusive.

We wanted to go for a chic dinner in Göttingen, but at first we didn't know what to expect. But the food was so delicious that we had to tell everyone about it! We had broccoli, nigiri with tuna (the fish was so tender and fresh!), The marinated chicken, the ribs and sweet potato fries and it was the best meat we have ever eaten, and I say that as a long-time vegetarian (you can try it;)). The price is almost cheap for the quality. The rib meat was so good, it fell off the bone effortlessly and was marinated so well. The sauces were unique! A huge compliment to the kitchen. What you should know in advance: Parking in the underground car park costs € 6

Super ambience and exceptional dishes. It is really a recommendation for everyone who wants to experience something different in Göttingen.

Dear Göttinger, I hope you know what a great restaurant you have near the train station. I have rarely eaten as well in recent years as I do today. And have rarely been served so well. If I could I would give six stars - it was that good. We had the chief's choice. Phenomenal

Ridiculous, but maybe enough for Göttingen. Non-carbonated gin and tonic, waitresses are rushed, guests are only there to bring sales quickly, hot dishes come differently than ordered before sushi, oven-cooked vegetables are not cooked, it is cold in the restaurant because the intermediate door to the anteroom to the street is constantly open, Service generously says "I agree with you in part". As I said, maybe it is enough for Göttingen. It's a shame that the decor is very tasteful and the kitchen is probably capable of something.

Unique cuisine and an absolute experience! This restaurant is really something special. In my opinion, one of the best addresses in the area. Not cheap, but worth every penny. We are happy to come back anytime. Very clear recommendation!

Very nice evening with a large sushi plate for 3 people. Very nice service. We had reserved a table for 8:30 p.m. Due to a rescheduling, we were already there at 7:30 p.m. Despite the free tables, dinner was only possible at 8.30 p.m. We have been visiting the bar for so long. Cocktails are sometimes very unusual, but also have an extreme price. The concept of the card is very confusing. After an explanation, we decided on a sushi surprise. I love to eat sushi, but haven't eaten one with sauce and coriander before. It's not my case either. Conclusion: nice ambience, nice service, concept with sushi, steak and poultry very confusing - no line, music in the bar too loud and the price for it clearly too high.

I am very disappointed not about the food but about the service!<br/>A place where you pay more should also take care about the service in a proper way! <br/>Sitting there for half an hour after we finished the main course and when WE asked to get a dessert or so (at 22.45) they said the kitchen was closed!<br/>I find already redicolous that a kitchen close so early, but if it's like this, than I expect the service coming to give the info at the table and ask if we are thinking to order a dessert before it's too late. And the worse was that at the end we were pushed to finish and go away at 23/23.15 without a dessert or something else to close the dinner!<br/>I could understand such a behaviour from an easy resturant, a pizzeria, but not from this one. I am sorry!<br/>Hospitality means also this, not just food... and if good eating should be an experience...and not just make the belly full is better to know how to turn the moment in a NICE experience... with customer care, first of all...

The food was alright. Some of the flavour combinations are a bit off though. Service was subpar. Missing the welcoming feeling and felt the wine paring was a miss.

Absolutely terrific restaurant. If you feel like something else, this is the place for you. Great ambience, very stylish modern decor, super nice service and the food is a dream. It is best to reserve a table and just enjoy it.

Very good food, great concept (if you have previously informed, you also know what to expect). Be sure to try the cocktails from the attached herbarium! Overall, already higher priced, but definitely worth the money!

Why 2 stars? So the building is great, interior like in the metropolises of the world, great bar and the food is also delicious. So, why two stars: I know the fusion kitchen and appreciate it. What I do not appreciate is that "socialism prevails on the table" and everything should be put on the table for everyone. Also, you can not say what comes first. It comes as it comes. So one person from our party had both sushi and main course until we finally had our other entree. Interestingly, it was asked here who had ordered what - socialism fails in the implementation. With felt understaffing on staff on a Saturday evening then also suffered the actually reasonably good service. Happened, but ok. What did not go was maximum lukewarm rice, almost cold fried asparagus and lukewarm meat. Good taste, unfortunately in the overall package only two stars.
